Translate templates into different languages

Introducing Global Enablement

Global Enablement is a feature that allows an iCapture Template to be translated into any language without affecting the consistency of the data being processed by iCapture. Because only the display text is updated, any values that are sent to automation will be unaffected.

Global Enablement is available as an add-on to an iCapture plan. Contact your Success Executive for more information on how to activate this feature for your team.

Creating New Translations

Translations are managed from the templates dashboard in the iCapture Back Office.

To create a new translation for a specific lead form, click on Manage Translations > Create New then select the language to translate the lead form into.

Translate the text values for each of the questions in the lead form.

Additionally, the Contact Fields and Labels for the lead form may be translated.

Note: the following languages will have the Contact Fields and Labels automatically translated:

  • Spanish

  • German

  • French

  • Portuguese

  • Italian

  • Japanese

  • Chinese

Once completed, click Save and Close to complete the translation.

Using Translation on the Lead Form

When the lead form is first opened on a device, the user will be asked to select the language and the user that is capturing leads.

The form will automatically be translated after selecting the desired language.
